I really wish I liked this one. This actually ended up being my least favorite tower that I have beaten, excluding ToUA for unfair external circumstances. I always wanted to beat this, I thought it was cool and whatnot, and since I wanted some technical challenges I thought I would give it a try. However, I was unpleasantly surprised. The way the jumps are angled makes it so likely to just bounce off of stuff, which was annoying. I know this was a skill issue, but I would fall after and then ragdoll which is not good! The ragdolling was so bad, I would fall on 10, bounce on the net, then ragdoll after falling through it. That happened twice! I didn't even know that making it to 10 was not a guaranteed completion. Also, there were jumps that would just take all your momentum away from you because they were angled, which were not too inconsistent in practice so I didn't notice, and only became possible with random, unintuitive strats. Alongside this, every floor has one or a couple hard jumps, which was not what I thought it would be. It was kind of betraying, and it made it lowkey inconsistent and super loopfail. It was also not nice mentally because I would internalize ViloLand's guide, and I would be like ugh I am failing the terrifying floor, even though the specific jump I would be failing would be harder than anything on the cata floors, but the cata floors had more consistently hard raw gameplay, so that is why they were rated that way. I understand that, I just didn't realize this. Also, the first half was just so inconsistent at first; I don't really know what was going on at floor 4 but it was the most inconsistent thing ever and ended up being the hardest floor. Also, the music in this tower is so suicidal. The songs for floors 7 and 8 are just soooo bad that it would give me a headache because I would be upset, I would fall, loopfail, make it back up, and repeat cycle. At some point, things got really consistent, but then failing random chokepoints would just make me plummet all the way down over again. I also used to think this tower had cool atmosphere, but it just has lanterns and I don't like how the colors work with each other. I think I used to, but I grew out of it before I even played it. Overall disappointment.
