Back in the shop, we spray epoxy on the panels to lock out flash rust before the real bodywork begins. The big twist? We’re converting this 2-door legend into a 4-door off-road beast! This FJ45’s journey is just getting started—destined for a full paint and body overhaul, a custom interior, and a beefy Roadster Shop RS4 chassis with Fox shocks and Baer brakes.
