First stop was for a local noodle that was tangy with crab roe, quite a unique and deliciously tasty way to start the day. We continued on to try a glass noodle dish with eel! This flavourful dish was a flavour bomb. With some of the best street food in Vietnam residing in Hanoi, this noodle tour was just getting started! We continued on our Hanoi noodle tour exploring the street food in Vietnam, tasting the popular and beautiful ladder soup, followed by a brown rice flat noodle dish that was dry but full of flavour and ingredients, a very popular Vietnam food. We finished off our epic Hanoi noodle tour with a Muscovy duck glass noodle dish that was light and tasty, and finally with a unique chicken noodle dish made with unlaid chicken eggs and a black broth.
