Kettlebell Stronglifting was invented by Valery Fedorenko in 2024. There are ten exercise performed in a set order. The exercises are: 1. Swings 25/25 for each hand - 50 reps total 2. 1 Arm Clean 25/25 for each hand - 50 reps total 3. 1 Press Press 25/25 for each hand - 50 reps total 4. 1 Arm Push Press 25/25 for each hand - 50 reps total 5. 1 Arm Jerk 25/25 for each hand - 50 reps total 6. 1 Arm Half Snatch 25/25 for each hand - 50 reps total 7. 1 Arm Snatch 25/25 for each hand - 50 reps total 8. 1 Arm Long Cycle Press 25/25 for each hand - 50 reps total 9. 1 Arm Long Cycle Push Press 25/25 for each hand - 50 reps total 10. 1 Arm Jerk 25/25 for each hand - 50 reps total The important principles : The exercises are carried out for 25 reps each hand. No additional points are scored for reps over the preset maximum. The total amount of reps for 10 exercises is 500. The exercises are performed one after another with no rest in between. There is no time limit. The partisipants are allowed to choose a maximum of 1 different weights for their kettlebells. No changing of the weight is allowed once the partisipant starts the exercise and no setting the weight down until 500 reps are achieved. If the weight is set down before that, the set is ended, but all reps will count up to the point when the bell was placed down. Also, if the partisipant hits maximum reps, the kettlebell will be put down. However, by and large, with correct form and proper judging, this is unlikely to happen. THE POINTS 8 kg = 1 point 12 kg = 1.5 points 16 kg = 2 points 20 kg = 2.5 points 24 kg = 3 points 28 kg = 3.5 points 32 kg = 4 points 36 kg = 4.5 points 40 kg = 5 points This continues right up to 72 kg! Intermittent weights such as the 10, 14 and 18 can also be included with the additional values of 0.25 so a 14 would be worth 1.75. For example, if the partisipant performs 500 reps with the 24 kg kettlebell then this is worth 500 (reps) x 3 (points) = 1500 points. This way the total score is counted.
