Came away from this ride wanting to try more gravel, hopefully the confidence will increase the more I do it - I 100% prefer uphill to yipeeeing down! For anyone interested my bike (LB aka Little Beasty) is a Cannondale Topstone Carbon 2 - I chose this bike after being hit by a car earlier this year, she's the replacement for my original Canyon bike that was written off. I've been using her for road cycling (alongside canny) for longer rides with road tyres on as she's super comfy over long distance and most of the lanes I ride on are very bumpy! I’m defo going to use her for more gravel rides in the future, but the road is where I’m more confident!
