Racing through history. The Doctors Gate Fell Race is notorious for its brutal bogs and technical terrain, but this year was different. In this video, I take you across the bleak yet beautiful Bleaklow Moor to the crash site of the 1948 US Air Force B-29 Superfortress "Over Exposed." Running through the silver wreckage at 600m altitude is a haunting reminder of the past, all while pushing the redline at 180 BPM. This race also pays tribute to Pennine Fell Runners legend Geoff Briggs.
