Bedikat (Biur) Chametz - The Removal of Leaven before Passover

Each year, just prior to Passover, Jews clean out their homes of any chametz (חָמֵץ) "leavening," so that no fermentation of any sort is found in their homes for an entire week. And only unleavened bread is consumed for seven days of the festival (Ex 12:15, 20). In this home video, I teach children about the removal of hametz (biur chametz) and invite them to participate in the destruction of the last bits of leaven prior to Pesach. "Any chametz that is in my possession, which I have not seen or removed, shall be nullified and considered as dust."
