Ingredients: 3 C Flour 1 1/4 Milk 2/3 C Avocado Oil 1 Tbs Sugar 1 Tbs Yeast 1 Tbs Salt For Toppings: 1 egg Feta cheese Fruit preserves Sesame seeds and coarse sugar for sprinkle 1. In a large bowl add all of the flour. 2. Add sugar, yeast and salt. Mix with a wooden spoon. 3. Start gradually adding warm milk and keep stirring with your spoon. 4. Add all of the oil and keep mixing. You’re looking for soft and elastic dough. 5. Knead for couple of minutes with your hand and cover with clean cloth or a lid. 6. Let it proof in warm and moist space. 7. After an hour of proof, take your dough and make two balls. 8. From first ball make a circle about 12 “ circle, 1/8 of an inch thick, and cut out 12 triangles. 9. Fill your triangles with your favorite toppings and roll them back to make a little roll. 10. You’ll start with a large piece rolling towards the smallest end. 11. Brush them over with an egg wash and sprinkle with sesame. Set them on a baking sheet and let them proof for 30 min. Bake them on 350 F for 20 minutes.
