In St. Louis, a Black police officer is speaking out about racial division in his police department. Officer Milton Green was shot by one of his white co-workers. Police Chef Lawrence O'Toole says it was "friendly fire" that led to Green being shot. Green who was seriously wounded says was racism caused the shooting and he is filing a suit against. St. Louis.
