Focaccia Sub Buns Ingredients: 2 cups All Purpose Flour 1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Honey 1 1/2 teaspoons Olive Oil 3/4 teaspoons Yeast 1 1/2 Tablespoons Garlic Granules 4 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese 3/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons Warm Water 1/2 cup Cheese (optional) 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano (optional) 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley (optional) In medium bowl add flour, salt, parmesan cheese, garlic granules and yeast and mix together. In small cup add warm water, honey and olive oil and mix until incorporated then add to bowl of flour and mix (if you need to add a little more water do so the dough should be wet). Once all combined cover with plastic wrap or kitchen towel and let rest for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes stretch and fold and then let rest again for another 15 minutes and stretch and fold again. After the second rest on a lightly floured surface pour dough out on flour. Divide dough into 4 pieces and with floured hands shape into rectangle pieces or pieces to fit into the size of a molded baking pan. Sprinkle with cheeses or spices and cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 1 hour ( Spray the plastic wrap so it won't stick to toppings). After dough has rested preheat oven to 430 degrees F and brush a light layer of olive oil on top of bread and bake for 18-24.
