We went Bream fishing on the Middle River, Kangaroo Island, South Australia, after fishing on Snelling beach, we went Bream fishing - Middle River, Kangaroo Island, South Australia. We headed inland from Snelling beach until for around 10 minutes until we found a fishing spot where we could pull in by the river. We used the fresh mullet as bait and in around half an hour had caught three bream - one of them big enough to keep. However, we released the bream, as we had plenty of mullet for dinner. It was surprising how many fish were in Middle River, Kangaroo Island, South Australia and how easy it was to catch a 30cm bream, even in quite shallow water.
