Make sure your work your mobility in during the beginning of the workout especially with a resistance band. 1.Cable lateral raise 20/20/20/20 2.Machine rear delt flyes + lateral raises 15/12/10/10/8 + 12/12/12/12/12 3.Triple combo (seated reverse flyes + around the world + revere pec deck) 10 reps per exercise for 4 sets 4.Smith machine press 12/10/8/8/6 5.Front press 12/10/8/8/6 6.Upright row + neutral front raise (or as I swapped to: bar front raises) 12/12/10/10 + 12/12/10/10 Thank you for tuning in.
