Today I will show you how easy it is to make Bagels at home. These bagels are crusty and chewy and delicious just like New York Bagels. In the video I will show you my 6 favourite flavours. ( Blueberry and raisin cinnamon/Onion/ Sesame seed/ Poppy seed and everything but the bagel seasoning. This recipe is quick and easy and makes 6 perfect Bagels for a picnic or lazy weekend. Ingredients (Makes 6 Bagels) 375g Flour 225g Warm Water 3.5g Yeast 1tsp Salt 1tsp Sugar 1tsp Bicarbonate Soda (Baking Soda) for the water . A little oil 1 Egg for egg wash Seasoning for bagels ( Cheese/ Blueberries/ Cinnamon and Raisin/ Sesame Seeds/ Poppy Seeds/ Everything but the bagel seasoning) Pre heat the oven ( you want it hot) 200c . Cook the bagels until Golden Brown.
