Welcome to this Arms & Chest Workout at Home for Trans Men (FTM) 💪 This upper body workout is designed for transgender men and trans masculine / non-binary people who want to build strength in the chest, shoulders and arms — whether you’re preparing for top surgery, returning to fitness, or simply looking to feel stronger and more confident in your body. All exercises in this workout can be done at home using: ✔️ Dumbbells ✔️ Kettlebells ✔️ Weight plates ✔️ Resistance bands ✔️ Or bodyweight You also have the option to add light resistance or focus on mobility and control, making this session suitable for beginners and anyone looking for a low-impact upper body strength workout.
