This Upper Body Pre-Op Top Surgery Workout focuses on building strength, improving mobility, and increasing confidence before surgery using simple, effective movements you can do at home. Each exercise includes the option to: ✔️ Train with bodyweight only ✔️ Add light resistance (dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands or weight plates) ✔️ Focus on upper body mobility and control Whether you’re looking to build strength before top surgery or improve shoulder, chest, and back mobility in preparation for recovery, this workout is designed to help you move safely and feel more prepared going into your procedure.
