"Mountains" (Acoustic)

This song comes from the passage in which Christ shared this truth below with His beloved disciples. Matthew 17: 20 "So Yeshua said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and NOTHING will be impossible for you." We are His beloved disciples and this truth He spoke, that never changes, holds just as true for us and our own mountains today. Faith IN GOD (Yahweh) free from doubt, no matter the size, can move any mountain we experience. The song was inspired by my friend, Demitria Johnson, who, without the intervention of chemo, has been overcoming cancer through the truth of God's word and by His Spirit this past 4 years. She is a woman of great faith and believes He will reward her with His promise to all of us which is for her to be whole. She has faced many lows but is definitely victorious in Christ and in the natural. Now 5 months pregnant on 0 medications, she is walking by Faith and not by sight, believing the report of the Lord over symptoms not in line with His Word and her faith. Truly an inspiration, God's word in action bodily. This song came to my while sitting in her kitchen worshipping God in song. As you listen to this song I encourage you to meditate on this passage of scripture and tell your mountain and the mountains in the lives of those around you to MOVE! Believe and don't doubt God.. you will have what you declare. His hand is not short, nor is His ear heavy. He will align with your Faith as it agrees with His word. Only believe. Not by might, nor by power but by His Spirit, it will be done. Look to the hills, and even when you are terrified, know that your help comes from the Lord, the maker of the heavens and the earth.
