Cafe Du Monde was established in 1862 and is located in the French Quarter of New Orleans. Morning Call Coffee Stand was established in 1870 in the French Market but the current location is on Canal Blvd. Both have Cafe Au Lait and Beignets on the menu and both are currently cash only. The beignets were completely different! The Cafe Du Monde beignets were heavier and more doughy. The Morning Call beignets were lighter and airy. Find out which one I liked best!
