This video begins inside the Blue Cave at Maeda Point, Okinawa. I lived in Okinawa for 2 years from 1999-2001 and dove this location many times, but this is the first time I went to the cave! I am bringing up the rear in a group of 4 divers. The video is dark as we start the dive inside the cave, but after a short bit, you can see the blue light coming from the entrance of the cave. As you can see, it is quite crowded this day, with other divers coming into the cave as we are leaving. A group of 3 divers are doing some kind of training or photo shoot on the bottom near the entrance of the cave. You can also see the dangling legs of groups of snorkelers on the surface (there is a local tour company at the site that takes groups of snorkelers inside the cave - this tour company wasn't here 22 years ago!)
