CHN on the Go, a smartphone app from Concern Worldwide’s Innovations for Maternal, Newborn & Child Health program, was created with and for frontline health workers helping pregnant women and newborns in rural Ghana. The app, developed with our partner Grameen Foundation, equips Community Health Nurses, or CHNs, with tools they need in the field when they visit pregnant women and newborns in their homes in remote parts of Ghana.
