The way that we help organisations to change, and to reinvent the workplace, is fraught with difficulties. This workshop brings together design, change and systems thinking methodologies, to deal with the complexity of change in organisations. In combination it is often known as systemic design. This learning comes primarily from organisations and people that already work in new ways. If you are in the public sector you might be familiar with applying 'the liberated method principles' and Human Learning Systems. Those organisations have shed the old traditional ways of working that we have had for so many decades, and learned how to move forward in person-centred, networked, empowered ways of working, where complexity is understood and becomes part of how they work. The design of the workshop is based on case studies, and real examples. I run the workshops online, and also in-person.
