Part 1 of our Family Cape York Adventure kicks off in the breathtaking Daintree Rainforest of Far North Queensland, before we put our hybrid camper to the test on the Bloomfield Track - a challenging route with river crossings, steep gradients and sharp bends - and yeah, there are warning signs to say it's not suitable for caravans, however it's also not prohibited. And what's a trip to this area without stopping in at the historic Lions Den Hotel, considered the true starting point - or the perfect finale - to any Cape York adventure. From there, we venture north to Elim Beach, where we explore the Coloured Sands and push further to the Cape Bedford for an unforgettable 4wd adventure.
