Today, our focus is the lower half of the body! We'll target the lower back, hips, legs, ankles, and feet. We'll start off nice and easy by lying on our backs in a supine position. From there, we'll move into some seated poses to really stretch those hips and legs and kneeling positions for some of my favorite foot and ankle stretches. To top it all off, we'll do some deep hip flexor stretches and finish with a relaxing child's pose.
