If you don’t have a favorite scent, I highly recommend lavender for its ability to decrease blood pressure and slow down that heart rate. Then we're going to let our nervous system know it's safe by skating our hands back and forth to feel grounded and safe again. Which is the goal of today’s session, we’re going to move closer to feeling secure and safe, providing a strong foundation so that we can flourish. Be patient with yourself, loving and kind.
