(15 ml) Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters 1 orange swath (expressed oil) 1 lemon swath (expressed oil) Orange peel for garnish THE BOULIVARDIER RECIPE 5:45 1.5 oz. (45 ml) Old Grand-Dad 100 proof Bourbon 3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Cocchi Vermouth di Torino 3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Campari Flamed orange oil *GROSEILLE SYRUP (RED CURRANT SYRUP) 1.5 cups white sugar 1 cup 100% red currant juice 1/4 tsp rose water In a medium sauce pan, combine sugar and red currant juice. Stir over heat until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add rose water. Stir to combine.
