It’s the perfect way to break your fast! 📝 Ingredients: • The Fruit Base: 1 cup each of your favorite chopped fruits (Apples, Bananas, Grapes, Pear, Guava, etc. — Note: Avoid watermelon to keep it from getting too watery!) • The Spice Kick: 1 tsp Chaat Masala, 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp Salt • The Secret Flavor: 1 tsp Dry Roasted and Crushed Cumin (Zeera) • The Sweet & Sour: 1 tbsp Sugar, 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon juice • Garnish: Fresh Sliced Strawberries Quick Steps: 1. The Prep: Chop all your chosen fruits into uniform, bite-sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl. 2. The Roasting: Briefly dry roast your cumin seeds in a pan until fragrant, then crush them for that extra smoky aroma. 3. The Toss: Add the sugar, salt, black pepper, chaat masala, and the crushed roasted cumin to the fruit. 4. The Zest: Pour the fresh lemon juice over the mixture.
