Keep The Conversations Going Festival - Tuesday, Evening Session

For 3 days from 24-26 August, 2021, TheatreMaker.ie is having a festival of sorts; It’s part festival of ideas and part fundraiser. From 11am – 9pm each day, TheatreMaker.ie will present live conversations and presentations by artists, theatremakers, academics, actors, producers, directors, performers, arts workers – all with new ideas to share. Inspired by Julie Kelleher’s suggestion on a recent episode of Stage Door Live, we’re asking not what people are working on, but what theatre makers are thinking about. THREE whole days of ideas and inspiration. TheatreMaker.ie brings this to you as we launch of first ever fundraising campaign to support the work that we are doing. As our residency comes to an end at Axis in Ballymun (THANK YOU AXIS!), we’re entering the adult world where we will need to begin paying rent and overhead. We’re an all volunteer organisation of theatremakers who have been covering our own overhead out of our own pockets to ‘Keep The Conversations Going’ – but now we’re asking for your help.
