For those sounds your ear is not well trained and you might find it hard to separate similar sounding words apart in your target language. The remedy for this is hearing a lot. Listen to audio books, follow soap operas or binge watch your target language on Youtube! Another reason for bad pronunciation is a psychological barrier. Many people think, they sound funny when they try to utter something in the target language. They find it hard to let go of the pronunciation rules of their mother tongue thinking "If I pronunce things in such a weird way, this is not me." They are afraid of not being authentic and making a fool of themselves because they sound funny. Actually they sound funny if they keep the pronunciation patterns of their mother tongue. So let go, listen to native speakers on Youtube or wherever you can hear them and try to sound just the same!
