hello chocolate lovers 🍫🫶🏻 enjoy this recipe! no-bake oreo cheesecake 🥣🍰🌟 for the crust🍪: 24 oreos crushed (blended) 5 tbsp (~70g) butter (unsalted, salted) for the cheesecake🍰: 2- 8 oz cream cheese blocks 1/4 c (50g) granulated sugar 1-2 tsp vanilla 6-8 oreos broken up slightly - 8 oz cool whip 4 oreos cut in half for the chocolate ganache🍫: 113g chocolate (this can be melting chocolate, chocolate chips, or a chocolate bar)* 1/2 c or 4 oz of heavy whipping cream heated up for the garnish✨: 5 oreos crushed (blended) + one whole cookie for the middle start with the crust. using a 7-inch (or a 6-inch) springform pan, line with parchment paper*. take the oreos and run them through a food processor or a blender. place in a bowl and add melted butter. mix with a fork until fully combined. it will start to clump together, which is what we want. place the mixture into the bottom of the pan, spreading out to cover the bottom and part of the sides. place in the fridge or freezer for 30 minutes - 1 hr while making the cheesecake. in a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla. beat on low, making sure to stop halfway to scrape down the sides of the bowl. place the broken up oreos and mix again. you can add more oreos if desired. gently fold in the cool whip. this will take a few minutes, but be patient because it’ll make for a cheesecake that is light and fluffy! place a little less than half of the mixture on top of the crust. space out the halved oreos around the pan. then gently pour and spread the rest of the mixture around the oreos. they should hold up, but be gentle! cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours. once the cheesecake has set for 4 hours, prepare the ganache. in a medium bowl, weigh out the chocolate*. measure the cream in a glass measuring cup and heat in the microwave for 1 minute or until hot. pour over the chocolate and stir continuously until the chocolate has melted. this can take a few minutes, but if it is not melted, go ahead and heat it in 30-second intervals. pour over the cheesecake, spreading all over. take the crushed oreos and place around the outer edge of the pan. then place one oreo in the middle. cover and let sit in the fridge for another 2-3 hours, preferably overnight. when ready, release the pan, cut up, and enjoy! notes: *the easiest way to do the parchment paper is by taking a sheet a little bigger than your pan. then place the parchment on the bottom and close the pan together. there will be extra paper hanging out, but you can cut it off! *I have found that you can use any type of chocolate to make a ganache. which is why I am using different kinds since I had extra melting chocolate to use up! for those of you who feel like they can't bake or aren't the biggest fan of traditional cheesecake, I introduce my no-bake oreo cheesecake! perfect for a beginner baker, intermediate baker, or a professional baker. everyone will enjoy and appreciate this cheesecake 👩🏻🍳 this oreo cheesecake recipe will be your new go to! it's easy since it is a no-bake recipe. it is full of oreo flavor while still being light and fluffy! the ganache on top sets as a fudge leaving the perfect texture. every bite is just as good as the last 🤤 save and share this video to make a yummy recipe! 💕 #baking #bakingrecipes #recipe #cheesecake #oreo #nobake #nobakerecipe #asmr #bakewithme #bake #easyrecipe #food #bakingtips #oreocheesecake #bakingasmr #foodie Music by Sergei Chetvertnykh from Pixbay Sound effect by Sergei Chetvertnykh from Pixbay Sound effect by freesound_community from Pixay
