Enjoy! 💛✨ ⭐️ INGREDIENTS For 10–12 pastry rings: • 2 sheets puff pastry • 200 ml heavy cream • 250–300 g vanilla pudding • 1–2 tbsp powdered sugar • Fresh mandarins • 1 egg yolk (for brushing) • Powdered sugar for dusting Note: In the video I make 5 rings, but the cream amount is enough for 10–12. ⭐️ INSTRUCTIONS 1. Prepare the pastry: Cut the puff pastry into long strips. Take two strips, place them together, twist them into a rope, and then shape the rope into a round swirl (a little “snail” shape). 2. Brush the pastry: Lightly brush the outside and top of each ring with egg yolk. 3. Bake: Bake in convection mode at 200°C (390°F) for 15–20 minutes, until golden and puffed. Let cool completely. 4. Make the cream: Whip the cold heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Then gently mix in the pudding — using a spatula or a mixer on the lowest speed — until the cream becomes smooth. This cream tastes like vanilla ice cream and holds its shape perfectly. 5. Assemble: Add 1 tablespoon of cream into each cooled pastry ring. Top with fresh mandarin segments.
