Designed for exercise or simply to relax, join us on a wander around Plymouth, Devon. Filmed early in the morning in July 2020, join our walk from the Royal William Yard in Plymouth, formerly a victualling yard for the Royal Navy, along the early morning streets to Plymouth Hoe. The Royal William yard was sold for development to cafes bars and accommodation about 30 years ago, formerly used as a Navy storage site. It was originally built in the 1820s to provide the Royal Navy with victuals and had a Mill, Bakery, Cooperage and enormous biscuit factory, amongst other things. The Royal William Yard is said to be one of the best preserved and largest sites of its kind in the country. After leaving the magnificence of the Royal William Yard, we walk along the Georgian streets seeing very few people out and about just as the sun is rising, eventually arriving at Plymouth Hoe. An interesting watch if you have never been to Plymouth!
