Put milk, eggs, sugar, salt, strong flour, weak flour, "Yuzuka-chan", butter, and dry yeast in the bread case of your bread maker in that order. Select the "dough program" on your bread maker and start. ② Once the dough is done, remove it from the bread maker, lightly roll it into a ball, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rest for around 10 minutes. ③ Take the dough onto a work surface and use a rolling pin to roll it out into a rectangle approximately 30cm x 40cm.
