Are you ready for a brand new Home Work-In with Trainer Michele? She knows all the good at home workouts, and today we’re focusing on the core. This simple at home workout was designed for everyone, at every fitness level, and requires no equipment. Follow along or go at your own pace - do whatever is best for YOU. Let’s warm up. Today, your warm up consists of arm circles, high knees, inchworms, and alternating toe taps. Then you’ll head into your first home workout circuit of standing crunches, deadlifts, standing torso twists, and alternating lunges with rotations. Once you’re through that, you’ll go into the second circuit of standing knee to elbow, standing donkey kicks, windmills, and standing star crunches. Now it’s time...OPE! Bonus circuit of couch planks, comin’ at ya! Ok NOW you’re going to cool down with some stretches before you wrap things up. Looking for free workout videos?
