Pilates and High-Intensity Interval Training are very different types of exercise but they complement each other in this workout session. I'm using set of 2.5 lbs dumbbells today. This fitness class is a perfect way to do a quick cardio workout which combines high intensity and low intensity pilates movements. Incorporating cardio, light dumbbells strength training and pilates exercises is a superb way to stay completely fit. ⤵️ MAKE SURE TO COMPLETE YOUR OPTIMISM ASSESSMENT Optimistic attitude toward life may significantly influence mental and physical well-being by the promotion of a healthy lifestyle!
