Find an exercise (pull ups, pushups, dips etc) 2. Calculate your maximum repetitions in the exercise 3. Find 40-60% of that max repetition (e.g 10 pulls max = 4-5 for reps) 4. Do those reps every 2 hours through it out your day (you can make this shorter or longer depending on how you feel) 5.
