Every Fat Tuesday hoards of people line up at the National Bakery in Milwaukee to get their donut fix. Luke gets a behind the scenes tour of the donut factory, while getting his hands sticky helping in the process. Sticking with Polish treats, we head north to Door County to meet with the Prince of Pierogi himself, Christoph Delonge. Known mainly for their Pierogies, Luke gets a chance to make a menu item that is much less known, but just as traditional.
