Hiking Oregon's EPIC Trail Of 10 Falls + Visiting The LAST Blockbuster In The World!

Our FIRST hike on our Oregon adventure was The Trail Of 10 Falls! With around 238 Falls in the state of Oregon, this hike allows you to see TEN!! Each waterfall is unique from the other, with 4 on this trail that you can walk behind!! The hike is a 7.4 Mile Loop Trail with an elevation gain of 1,151 Feet! If this is too much hiking for you, don't fret, there are 2 cutoff trails along the loop which will bring you back to the trailhead. You'll want to look for The Maple Ridge Trail & The Winter Trail for these cutoffs. We recommend starting the trail at The South Falls Lodge Trailhead. There is more parking and with South Falls being the most popular on the trail - you'll be sure to hit it before the crowds get too large. There is a $5.00 Day Use Fee to enter the park (at the time of filming this video - September of 2023). After the trail, we took a 2 & half hour drive to Bend! We got to visit the LAST Blockbuster in the world!!! This definitely brought back lots of nostalgic memories for us! Since we didn't have a way of watching a movie, we still wanted to support the business, so we bought some candy! You can never go wrong with candy, am I right? We stayed at the most AMAZING place and our FAVORITE from the entire trip, The Camp! And no, the complimentary coffee isn't the only reason we LOVED staying here. It is a unique place and full of friendly faces. We took a slow start to a chilly morning sitting by the fire and enjoying the delicious coffee, talked with others staying at the site, and got to pet the CUTEST Husky ever! Don't tell Duncan... we highly recommend checking out The Camp if you're in Bend. They are just minutes away from amazing restaurants and breweries.
