In this video, I show you how I usually reheat BBQ. This method can be done on your smoker, like I did, or in your oven, or on your grill. The key to reheating BBQ is [SURPRISE!] patience and time. Just like when you are smoking it the first time, you don’t want to put yourself in a hurried position. Give yourself a good 90 minutes or more to reheat BBQ and you can make it just as juicy the second time around as it was the first. And by the way - if you saw the amount of liquid I used in the pans while reheating and are wondering if it was too much, not enough, or just right......well, it turned out perfectly! Once the pork was pulled and re-incorporated with the juice, there were just a few drips left in the bottom of each pan after all the meat was served. All that juicy goodness made it into happy mouths and bellies!
