Unique Prep Grammar Rules Manual Rule 6: Adjective/Adverb IMPORTANT! The info in these videos is geared toward the "old" (pre-2016) SAT. Most of the information will still benefit you on the "new" (post-2016) SAT and even the ACT. However, both the ACT and the new SAT shift the emphasis away from some rules and to others. For instance, Subject-Verb Agreement was one of the most commonly tested rules on the old SAT, but it's fairly rare on the new SAT and the ACT. And there are a few "sub-concepts" that won't be tested at all on the new test (in Subject-Verb Agreement, for instance, we've never seen the new SAT or the ACT test "compound subjects joined by or/nor"). Again, these videos will still help on the new SAT and the ACT, but be forewarned that you'll need to supplement with additional materials if you want more targeted, thorough prep for the new SAT. Eventually, we'll upload videos tailored to the new SAT.
