Slow Cooker Pork Roast with Sauerkraut In your slow cooker liner place 12 baby potatoes in the bottom of the liner. Place a 2-3 Lb Pork Shoulder Roast on top of the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and dehydrated onion flakes. Drain and rinse 1 jar of Sauerkraut. Don't over rinse- you still want some sourness from the sauerkraut. Place the sauerkraut on top of the pork shoulder and all around.
