This is the tutorial for shrug Dinant, with big puff sleeves, one the first patterns of my Somnia Sewing Guild project! This shrug can be made with long or half long sleeves. It currently comes in XS-2X, high on my list when I am working on patterns again, is adding 3X-5X!
