V-Protein Pasta Dinner: 🩷💗🩷 What does the V stand for? Whatever you want it to stand for lol 😆 Vegan, Veggie, Valentine, etc You’ve probably heard of “Marry Me Chicken” recipe, well this is the opposite lol.🤭 No chicken/meat in this recipe (Remember to add protein of your choice, in the dish or on the side: chicken , salmon , etc) NT-Wayz!!! Here’s the recipe: All ingredients are dairy free and soy free  Half box of Protein pasta: Barilla Protein has lentils, chickpeas, combined in the pasta Sauté in pan on low heat: 4-6 tablespoons of dairy, free, soy free butter 2 tablespoons of minced garlic Diced: Half a red onion 2 halfs bell peppers (options: yellow, red, orange) Cook until translucent Add 2 tablespoons of dried herbs Italian style Add your favorite seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, fresh ground pepper, complete seasoning, smoked paprika) 1/4 cup vegetable broth  one bag of frozen vegetables (broccoli mix: snap peas, watercress, etc) Stir. Cover with top and turn heat up to medium, allowing veggies to come to a boil Turn heat down low, Add 8oz unsweetened yogurt 8oz sour cream Half jar Sliced sun-dried tomatoes  1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk  1/2-1 cup nutritional yeast Optional : one spoon of cheese garlic spread After stirring everything together, cover up with top (turn up heat) to allow vegetables to continue cooking to your liking. Note: if vegetables are done to your liking, setting on low Complete a taste test (add seasonings to get it to your liking) before adding cooked noodles into pan. Added red chili flakes for a little spice🔥 Turn pot off or on low setting while adding noodles.
