Hi, thanks for watching our video about : South West Tenerife l Los Gigantes the home of the Giants l Motorcycle Routes and Rides in Tenerife This week we visit the coastal resort of Los Gigantes Tenerife, taking the same route from the South Tenerife Airport for the Hard Rock Hotel. We firstly get caught up in a diversion due to road works near the Easy Riders Tenerife motorcycle hire the main office. After working our way through Las Chafiras near the south Tenerife airport, we manage to pick up the TF1 and make our way towards Los Gigantes. We first pass onto the TF 47 and follow this coastal road towards Alcala, passing the Abama Hotel a key resort for golfers in Tenerife. Once we have battled past the banana truck, we enjoy the coastal views of the Island, and La Gomera, the closest of the 7 Canary Islands. Passing through the small village of Playa San Juan, Alcala, and then into the resort of Los Gigantes. The first tourist location and main beach in Los Gigantes are Playa Arena, with fantastic beaches and great local diving. Diving in the Los Gigantes is very popular due to the calm coves and huge array of marine life in this area. Once into the village, we take the main road straight into the local marina, where we enjoy a grilled octopus and salad. This Route and Ride is very simple and can be enjoyed by any level of rider, the roads are easy and pretty quiet now the main ring road of Tenerife has relived heavy traffic. ROUTE: Easy Rider Tenerife offices starting location. Onto the main TF1 South Bound Exit at junction 81, turning left at the island onto the TF47. Follow this road directly to Los Gigantes Tenerife.
