Can one colony handle 6 queens? We’ve already proven that the PolyQueen system works with 4 active, laying queens in a single integrated colony. But today, we’re pushing the limits. I’m checking the two new queen cells to see if we can officially expand this mega-colony from 4 queens to 6. Running a multi-queen system requires precise management and the right equipment. Even though the queens are separated by queen excluders, the workers are fully integrated, creating a massive force of bees. But adding more queens is always a risk—will the colony accept the new arrivals, or have we reached the limit?
