Speaker 1: Today we're going to take a look at the six LED surface-mount strobe light with the clear lens and clear LEDs. Now, this strobe light is installed a nice aluminum housing, and it's rated IP67 for water and dust resistance. Common use for this strobe light is pickup trucks, work trucks, or trailers. It's a nice black, aluminum base, clear lens, and then six clear LEDs. The LEDs make great replacements for incandescent lights, so they last about 50 times longer, and they're more efficient because they provide brighter light with less power output, and of course, no bulbs to replace. No brittle filaments.Now, this light will offer 19 flash patterns and a simultaneous or alternating function. If you notice, it has the wiring back here. This is a blunt wire connection. The wire length is as about eight inches. Has three different wires. Your black is your ground, red is your power, and then yellow is used for synchronization or an alternating flash. Once at the end of this video, I'm going to hook this up to some power and we'll go over those wires again.This is a surface-mount design. Comes with the foam gasket and the mounting screws for a simple installation. Now, they do also offer an optional grommet or 90-degree mounting bracket that you can use to mount this. It's sold separately on our website, and it's listed on this product page as a related product at the bottom of the page. I happened to pull both of those. Here's your grommet that you can use to install this. And here's your 90-degree aluminum mounting bracket also.Now, this light had six LEDs. The voltage is 12 to 24 volts. Amperage 1.1 amps at 12 volts. Last thing I want to do is give you dimensions, and then we'll ahead and hook it up. So overall length on this, one end to the other, is right at five inches. Overall height, bottom to the top is one and one-eighths inches tall. And the total depth on it is right at three quarters of an inch deep. So now what we're going to do is go ahead and hook the wires up, so we'll take the black wire which is our ground, and then we'll take the red wire which is our power, and I'm going to turn the light on with those two connected to show you how bright it is and the flash pattern.Now, the yellow wire that I haven't connected yet, the reason I'm leaving that unconnected is that'll control your flash pattern, so basically, when this is on, I'll touch this yellow wire to the power wire, and that'll change or reset the flash pattern. That's how you set whatever flash pattern you need, and it's also used for synchronization. In other words, if you have multiples of these lights on a vehicle and you want all of them to flash in the same pattern, you hook the yellow wires up from all the lights together also.So, we'll go ahead and turn the power on. And see, with our power on, there's your six clear LEDs. We'll go ahead and turn off the overhead lights just to give you a good view. Shows you the flash pattern. Now, I'm going to take that yellow wire and touch it, and you can see once I've touched it, it switches it to a different pattern. And if I do it again, there's another pattern. And there's another pattern. So again, there's 19 different flash patterns you can choose. And we'll go ahead and turn back on our overhead lights. Turn off our power.
