What a run! 3 monsters carried to the finish line, for the sake of the bestiary: the Tadwhale, the Tuba Bear and the Xerogriffin. Carrying these 3 was pushing it way too much. I sacrificed the power of my deck, hoping I could get 3 new Bestiary entries for my efforts. While it did work this time, this was not very safe. I was a little bit paranoid about the Rocky Shell talent not working as intended or the Silver Beetle. I was worried that the Silver Beetle might remove the Ascension move from my Xerododo. As it turned out, I worried for nothing. Near the end of the run, I remembered to test using the Silver Beetle's Genotoxic talent on the Tadwhale. I must have missed the memo earlier... because this interaction actually worked. The Genetoxic can now evolve the Tadwhale. Supposedly, buffs given by the temporary Everlasting will stay between battles too.
