Day 10 of my low carb journey and I finally reached ketosis at 0.7. That felt like a real milestone for me. In this video, I share my progress, how I’ve been feeling, and what I picked up at the store to stay on track. Grocery shopping looks different now. I’m focusing on foods that support ketosis, keep my blood sugar stable, and help me stay full without feeling deprived. Getting to 0.7 shows that my body is starting to shift and use fat for fuel. That doesn’t mean everything is perfect, but it does mean the changes are working. I talk about what I bought, why I chose those items, and how I’m planning to keep this momentum going. If you’re on a low carb or keto journey, especially over 50, I hope this encourages you to stick with it. The early days can feel slow, but progress does happen.
