Sharpie Design Build Sail: Daggerboard Case build in solid fiberglass Part 1

This is my latest video on designing and building of my 23ft Sharpie based design, built out of Paulownia Timber. I'm making good progress, in this video I show how I built the daggerboard case out of solid epoxy glass, using the daggerboard itself as a mold. I gave it a considerable amount of thought because I wanted it to be a neat fit and I certainly didn't want it to jam the daggerboard, so I couldn't remove it, during construction! If you saw how I built the prod tube, in an earlier video, that was a real concern..... I don't know how novel the method is, that I used, but it worked and I'd do it this way again, to get a case that is slim and does not intrude on the interior of the yacht any more than necessary.
