Augmentation Evoker - Zekvir Harmode ?? - 608 Ilvl - completed 4th of December 2024 after Nerfs to both Brann and Zekvir. Let me solo him - done 4th of December - TWW Patch 11.05 00:00 Fight 11:22 Gear 11:55 Stats 12:07 Brann setup 12:18 Talents 12:32 Damage Meter 13:19 Healing Meter 13:32 Ending Priorities in this fight. 1) Survive. If you can live this fight you will eventually kill it. 2) Kill Cocoon's(optimally before it turns to spider). It's better to exert cooldowns to dependably kill the cocoon than it is saving them for spider. 3) Interrupt Zekvir heal. This becomes even more important p2. When it heals for 25% instead of 10% p1. 4) Play around Brann. His potions leave a HoT that stacks. Just like his traps leave a stacking DoT. If Brann dies you can survive as long as you notice potions and prepare them for a HoT. Also, if you glow yellow, you have a damage reduction making you immune to CC, such as Enfeeble Spittle and the ear! 5) Damage on Zekvir. It's a kill even if it takes 20 minutes. Very important, if Zekvir is about to cast Smash or Web, don't go to the add yet. Smash often goes on Brann, who might be wrongly positioned, but Web ALWAYS goes on you. And in p2 you wanna face Zekvir 45-90 degrees away from the cocoon to bait it, so you can do free damage. For making it easier have some macro's: ex #showtooltip /tar Zekvir /cast Quell #Showtooltip /cast [@player] Prescience Unless you like only ever buffing Brann. The buff states NEARBY ALLY Prefered! Best of luck to you all! This challenge is a feels bad man! Relying upon Brann for dispel is one thing. https://www.wowhead.com/spell=423419/... has a minute cd meaning you're going to have to solve an Enfeeble Spittle once every 2 minutes. You let Brann dispel first, 2nd or 4th you use Breath of Eons or Deep Breath depending talents. It'll make you immune/remove Enfeeble Spittle. The other 2nd or 4th, you have to survive. Depending the pacing of the fight, choose one where you don't have an add to deal with, or if you have Mad Queen's Mandate trinket, do it when it's up for a quick and easy kill on cocoon. For surviving, have at least 1, preferably both Hover charges ready, and use Renewing Blaze + OBsidian Scale for a ton of passive defense! Talents I used: https://www.wowhead.com/talent-calc/e... I put it together myself, I am so proud! NEVER, not once before, played this spec. I can see the allure, for group content, it's poopy butt face solo! https://www.wowhead.com/talent-calc/e... Here I removed talents that I don't consider "needed". You can go now go more active in Evoker tree and Aug tree, but I chose what I did due to dmg reduction and more readily available abilities! In the Evoker tree: Since it's an extended fight you're pretty much self-reliant in. I always suggest % amplifiers. Health, dmg, healing etc. Now since you're a dps, and will have to deal personally with 25% of Enfeeble Spittle's, unless you get lucky with Brann uses https://www.wowhead.com/spell=463154/... before a spittle, I'd suggest having Inherit Resistance (2/2). But you don't "need" it! What you can take instead of what I did. Could be: Lust Growth (2/2). Rescue for the Twin Guardian follow talent. Spatial Paradox or Time Spiral for extra mobility. I tried both Scalecommander and Chronowarden, and Chrono wins out. Chrono Flame itself deals a shitton of dmg and Reverberations itself gives a ton of focused dmg onto the cocoon! In the Aug tree: ANYTHING that was direct survival or damage, I took it! I might be wrong, but these are the talents that did it for me, and I tried a few versions. I tried Reactive Hide but it wasn't worthwhile damage. You CAN go into Imminent Destruction and Plot the Future, but since my breath was only ever for utility I didn't want to count on it. And I didn't take Breath of Eons cause it's again for utility and I'd rather have other talents! Interwoven Threads actually feels good if you've tried without it. Your defensives are a bit more available and the cdr on Hover cannot be understated! Stats: Fuck Mastery, get the minimum of versa 7000-10000 depending ilvl. Then you get haste/crit! Rotation for cocoon dmg: 1) Prescience 2) Ebon Might 3) Fire Breath for Molten Embers(Talent) 4) Upheaval 5) Eruption or Living Flame depending procs. My trinkets are: 1) Darkmoon Deck: Ascension. I fucking love this trinket. 2) Mad Queen's Mandate. It gives so very much freedom, it can't be downplayed. Preferably wait with using till cocoon is below 40-50% depending the lvl of your trinket, you want it to execute just exactly, for lower cd without wasting damage! Embellishment: Darkmoon Sigil, ALL THE WAY! And ofcourse it is with the Nerubian empowerment, to make it double trouble. Make it a triple with my trinket!
