Tim Bosma Trial: Dellen Millard stealing “for the thrill of it” | EXHIBIT

What the jury saw at the Tim Bosma murder trial: Exhibit #132 and #133 — Days two and three of the testimony of Andrew Michalski, close friend of Dellen Millard’s who lived in Millard’s Toronto house. Dellen Millard, 30, of Toronto and Mark Smich, 28, of Oakville are on trial for first-degree murder in the case of Tim Bosma, who vanished May 6, 2013, after accompanying two strangers on a test drive of the pick-up truck he was selling online from his home in the Ancaster community of Hamilton, Ont., Canada. The prosecutors’ exhibit #132 and #133 are from the continuation of Michalski’s testimony, #132 are the text messages between Millard and Michalski shown the jury by Millard’s own lawyers and #133 are photos of the maroon classic Cadillac owned by Millard that was among the cars Millard let his friends play with and borrow if needed. It was among the “perks” of beign friends with Millard — perks that included helicopter rides, video gaming, Jeeps, pool parties, travel, boats, drugs — plenty of drugs — and all-expense trip to race in the Baja 500 desert race.
