Even with a injured foot you are still able to workout. Check out the beautiful back ground! I'll be posting more about our Lake Tahoe trip next week. Note: If you have 1-3 pound (500 grams - 1.5 kg) hand weights you can use it for the boxing and standing/twisting abs. You can also use ankle weights for the booty workout.
